Was Charlie Chaplain Predicting George Bush and World Politics?
This speech was made at the end of Chaplain’s first “talkie” titled “The Dictator” almost 60 years ago, but it seems like it could just have easily been written for us! Was he able to see into the future? Or just way ahead of his time?
